Kevin Darnell Hart (yup, that’s right, his middle name is Darnell), is an American comedian and actor who has appeared in numerous films like ‘Paper Soldiers’ and ‘Scary Movie 3.’ Hart grew up in Philadelphia, where his father was a drug addict, and he had a terrible childhood. As a way of coping with his unhappy home life, he pursued humor. He began his comedy career shortly after graduating from high school. He began small and worked his way up to bigger clubs in New York and Los Angeles. As a comedian, he was quite popular, and he embarked on a series of comedy tours that helped him establish himself in the entertainment industry. He immediately moved into television, where he rose to prominence with a recurring appearance in the American sitcom "Undeclared." His television performances led to film offers, and he made his feature film debut in the criminal comedy picture "Paper Soldiers." Following that, he starred in the hugely successful picture ‘Scary Movie 3'. Of course, the man is incapable of sitting motionless. He has also published three comedy albums in addition to his film career. Kevin Hart: What Now? was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category of "Best Comedy Album." He has won numerous honors over his career, including the BET Award, the Teen Choice Award, and the People's Choice Award.

Kevin Hart is the most hardworking person in the entertainment industry. He's done a worldwide 119-show tour, acted in ten films, produced a memoir, presented a dozen award shows, created Laugh Out Loud Productions, a global media and production firm, and a lot more in the last five years.
When you see everything he's working on listed one after another, it's a dizzying, astonishing list. Only his longtime friend Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who has his own demanding daily routine, comes close to Hart's work ethic and production.
“I don't do anything halfway,” Hart was quoted as saying in an Undefeated interview. For the time being, I don't want to sign on. I'm not in need of a check. That is not why I am here. I'd like to be a part of something unique. I'd like to construct something. I'd like to do something that has never been done before. That's the way I approach everything. The day you lose that appetite, it closes, and someone else comes up with it.”
You can't help but admire a man with such a strong work ethic. So, without further ado, let's get started with his workout routine.

Kevin Hart Workout Routine
Kevin Hart's workouts usually include a variety of different exercises. He alternates between rigorous workouts and a well-balanced diet. Kevin finds it easier to keep to a healthy eating plan because he isn't a foodie. According to Kevin, no one can get their desired physique in a single day. It takes determination and perseverance. Every day, you must test your limitations and challenge yourself.
On a typical day, Hart is up at between 5-5.30am. “I have a snooze button. I’m a five or six times snoozer. I set my alarms 3 minutes apart,” he told The Huffington Post. After waking up and having his breakfast, Hart heads to his gym, which is his top priority outside of his family. Hart will most likely be in the gym, hanging from a pull-up bar and working through a set of elevated crunches, whether it's 6 a.m. on a Wednesday or 6 a.m. on a Saturday, or going for a run if his schedule doesn't allow it.

Saturday: The CrossFit WOD Workout
Hart believes that incorporating a CrossFit workout program into one's training routine is a fantastic way to get in some compound exercises and cardio at the same time. He believes it is also enjoyable, which may be quite motivating.
Hart's workout concentrates on the most fundamental upper-body exercises: the bench press, pushup, row, curl, and dip. You'll engage the muscles as well as the heart, supporting both size increases and fat loss in a brief workout if you group them and do them as circuits.
Sunday: Rest
On Sunday, he rests, and recovers his body by eating good food.
Every day, Hart makes it a point to get up at 5 a.m. and get his day started as soon as possible. Of course, he has Ron Everline, a personal trainer and motivator, who oversees his rigorous workout. Even when Kevin checks into a hotel, Ron goes to the gym first to make sure the workout equipment will suffice for Kevin's program.
With serious dedication like that, no wonder he looks the way he does. We know he doesn’t just talk the talk, he walks the walk, in an interview with Balance The Grind he said - “The best piece of advice that I could give anybody is that you’re not going to accomplish it all in one day,” he says. “It takes patience, and past the patience to commit. The mental exercise that you go through as well as the physical is so well worth the results because every day you’re challenging yourself.”
Of course, For dieting, Kevin Hart tries to eat clean and healthy and also he is not a foodie. In a People magazine interview, he said “I’m a healthy eater – brown rice, baked chicken, vegetables, salads,” he says. “I’m not a foodie, so it’s not hard for me to stay in the healthy diet area. I’m a structure guy, so as long as it fits the structure, then I’m happy.”
Hart claims he has always eaten a healthy diet, but in 2019 he chose to ‘take it to the next level' by going vegan for a period of time. This was not related to his vehicle accident (the diet began before the accident), but rather to a conscious decision to improve his eating habits. He eats stuff like egg whites and sheep's cheese nowadays, so he's more of a vegetarian these days. He doesn't eat red meat anymore, but he admits to enjoying a chicken wing now and then. Hart's wellness regimen also includes consuming a gallon of water every day.
Instead of white rice, he eats brown rice with sautéed vegetables. And, in case you're wondering, he does have cheat days, but he doesn't indulge in hamburgers, pizzas, or decadent sweets while doing so because he isn't a big fan of bread or dairy products. Instead, he orders cheesesteak and Buffalo wings, two of his favorite foods. Kevin Hart follows a strict diet regimen, but unlike most of us, he enjoys it, which is incredible.

He was asked if he believes in the Paleo diet, but he says - “I’m not big on Paleo, really— I just eat well. Baked chicken, brown rice. Cut out a lot of the fried foods. Cut out carbs — don’t need ’em unless my body is asking for them.”
This is extremely relevant information for anyone looking to eat like Hart.
Of course, this seems like a pretty tight diet for Hart. He’s known to keep it low key when it comes to his diet. “You’ve got to have a day to eat what you’re not supposed to eat,” says Hart. “But as you eat cleaner and you do get accustomed to the healthy side of living, those cheat days aren’t as important because you don’t really want to mess up what you’ve worked so hard to accomplish.”
Since Rome wasn't built in a day, Kevin acknowledges that achieving your goals requires strong resolve and patience. As a comedian, he encourages people to laugh as often as they can since it not only makes you happier, but it also helps your abs!
